Ambassador Programme at Ekskäret 2025: Confirmed Dates and Pricing

We are excited to announce the confirmed dates for the Ambassador Programme at Ekskäret in 2025:

  1. April 10–13
  2. May 1–4
  3. October 9–12
  4. November 13–16

Important Note: Applicants cannot choose a specific date for participation in the Ambassador Programme. For more information about the selection process, please visit the main website of the Ambassador Programme. 

What are the ticket options?

We offer a range of ticket options to suit different needs:

    • Business Ticket: 32000 SEK
    • Private/NGO Ticket: 22000 SEK 
    • Low-Income/Discounted Ticket: 11000 SEK 

We are unable to waive the tax from the invoices due to technical constraints. Please note that accepting a placement implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Additional Information

  • Pricing: The ticket prices include accommodation on the island and all meals during the programme.
  • Transportation: Transportation from Stockholm to the island and back is provided once. If you miss the organized bus, you will be responsible for covering the cost of alternative transportation.
  • Accommodation in Stockholm: The programme price does not include accommodation in Stockholm before or after the event.
  • Purpose of Pricing: The ticket prices are designed to cover the direct costs of the programme, including venue expenses, meals, and workforce.
  • Low-Income/Discounted Tickets: If you are applying for a low-income/discounted ticket, you will be kindly asked to explain your reasoning as part of the application process.

Venue and Location

Ekskäret Island is a modern, well-equipped venue designed specifically for retreats and gatherings. It offers a tranquil setting with excellent amenities to enhance your experience.

Amenities:

  • Shared rooms with comfortable bunk beds
  • Linen and towels provided
  • Yoga mats available for use

Food:

  • Healthy and nourishing breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Menus adapted for allergies and food intolerances
  • All meals are lacto-ovo vegetarian
  • Coffee, tea, and snacks available throughout the day

Facilities:

  • Electric and wooden saunas 
  • A library and meditation room 
  • Walking trails to explore the natural beauty of the island

What to Bring:

  • Biodegradable soap and shampoo
  • Swimming wear and an extra towel for sauna or water activities
  • Personal toiletries and any medication needed for the duration of your stay
