We are excited to announce the launch of the Online Ambassador Programme, a dynamic and engaging online experience designed to equip participants with the tools, knowledge, and inspiration to advocate for and bring the Inner Development Goals (IDG) to life in your communities.

Each session will feature expert-led discussions, interactive activities, and opportunities for collaboration:

The learning journey will be supported by Sutra. There will be group work and assignments between the 5 modules.

Cohorts are named after earth winds: 
Mistral affects southern France and blows from the northwest.
Bora
affects the Adriatic coast and blows from the northeast, often descending from mountains.

    How much can you contribute?

    We are committed to fostering a regenerative economy rooted in inclusion and equity. To make participation accessible to all, we offer four pricing options, choose the category that best aligns with your financial situation and you ability to contribute to IDG Community:

    • Sponsor 1,050€: For those who can contribute more to support accessibility for others.

    • Standard 700€: Covers the full cost of the course and ensures sustainability.

    • Low Cost 350€: A reduced rate for those with limited financial resources.

    • Equity 250€: For those with financial challenges, such as unemployment, low income, or a weaker currency.

    If you really want to join the programme but don't have the means there is a possibility to apply for a scholarship.

    Who Will Lead the Sessions?

    The sessions will be led by Pontus Holmgren, Rafaela Rolim and Johan Holm. There will be special guest throughout the sessions to enhance your learning experience.

    Christine Wamsler
    Christine Wamsler Academic Senior Advisor Professor of Sustainability Science

    Christine Wamsler is Professor of Sustainability Science at Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies (LUCSUS), Founder of the Contemplative Sustainable Futures Program, a Mind & Life Fellow, an Honorary Fellow of the Global Urbanism Research Group at the Global Development Institute (GDI) and former Co-Director of the Societal Resilience Centre. She is an internationally-renowned expert in sustainable development, climate change action, risk reduction and associated (material and cognitive) transformation processes, with 25 years of experience, both in theory and practice.

    Fredrik Livheim
    Co-Lead Ambassador Programme

    Licensed psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Neuroscience from Karolinska Institutet, specializing in sharing psychological knowledge through self-help resources and training mental health professionals.  Research and content strategist for 29k.org.  Author of "ACT - To Promote Mental Health and Resilience". Training more than 1800 professionals.

    Erik Fernholm
    IDG Board

    He co-founded Better Schools to enhance academic performance and well-being with evidence-based tools and chairs the Ekskäret Foundation, supporting personal and social development. Erik also co-founded the 29k Foundation, providing free mental health and inner development tools.

    Pontus Holmgren
    Director of Global Collaboration and IDG Hubs & Networks Co-Coordinator

    Licensed Psychologist, facilitator, and Playback Theatre actor/trainer. 
    Pontus has been supporting transformation processes in organizations and society in Sweden and internationally for the last 25 years. He is also part of the external faculty of Stockholms School of Economics Executive Education.

    Rafaela Rolim
    Global Co-Coordinator, IDG Hubs & Networks

    Rafaela has over 19 years of experience in designing learning journeys and human development processes. An experienced facilitator in participatory learning and leadership, she is the co-founder of Brazilian Experience and ID-X Inner Development Experiences. She is currently one of the Co-Chairs of the Sustainability Interest Group at NAFSA - Association of International Educators, as well as vice-president of CANIE, Climate Action Network of International Educators. Her journey includes multiple certifications in sustainability and leadership development.

    Johan Holm
    Facilitator

    Johan is a consultant with over 25 years of experience in leadership, team, and organizational development across public, private, and civil society sectors. He collaborates with clients dedicated to sustainable development, supporting them in navigating complexity, strengthening collaboration, and driving meaningful change. Johan is also part of the faculty for Executive Education at the Stockholm School of Economics and ESMT Berlin.

    Requirements for Participation

    To ensure an optimal learning experience and maintain the integrity of the programme, the following requirements apply:

    • Language: Proficiency in English is essential, as all sessions will be conducted in English.
    • Attendance: 100% attendance is required. Participants must attend all sessions in full to receive a certificate of completion.
    • Video Participation: Video cameras must remain on during the sessions to foster active engagement and connection with fellow participants.

    Specific Selection Criteria

    The Digital Ambassador Programme is committed to inclusivity and accessibility. Priority will be given to:

    • Participants from remote areas (particularly in the Global South) who face challenges in attending in-person events due to distance or financial constraints.
    • Individuals who demonstrate a strong passion and commitment to applying the IDG framework in their local communities.
